A Review And Comparison Of The Traditional Collaborative And Online Collaborative Techniques For Requirement Elicitation

open access: yesJISR on Computing, 2018
Requirement elicitation is one of the major phases of the software development life cycle. As per authors knowledge, among many reviews, there is no review available on a comparison between Online Collaborative Requirement Engineering (OCRE) and ...

A Tacit-Knowledge-Based Requirements Elicitation Model Supporting COVID-19 Context

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
Effective software requirements elicitation plays a vital role in the success or failure of a project. However, ambiguity in the requirement’s statements indicate the presence of a tacit knowledge, which ultimately act as a root cause of critical ...

DocFlow: workflow based requirements elicitation [PDF]

open access: yesInformation and Software Technology, 2003
[EN]Use cases are the favoured technique for defining the functional requirements of a software system, but their use implies that the desired functionality of the new system is well known. The aim of this work is to present an alternate procedure -and a supporting tool- to accurately define this functionality, expressed as use cases, starting from the

PABRE: Pattern-based Requirements Elicitation [PDF]

open access: yes2009 Third International Conference on Research Challenges in Information Science, 2009
This paper presents our PABRE method for facilitating Requirements Elicitation on the basis of Requirement Patterns with the goal of saving time and reducing errors during this activity. The process presented applies for elicitation in Off-The-Shelf selection projects driven by call for tenders processes and uses a Requirement Patterns Catalogue.

Spatiotemporal and quantitative analyses of phosphoinositides – fluorescent probe—and mass spectrometry‐based approaches

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Causes and Mitigation Practices of Requirement Volatility in Agile Software Development

open access: yesInformatics
One of the main obstacles in software development projects is requirement volatility (RV), which is defined as uncertainty or changes in software requirements during the development process.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.
