Diagnostics in time series analysis [PDF]
The portmanteau diagnostic test for goodness of model fit is studied. It is found that the true variances of the estimated residual autocorrelation function are potentially deflated considerably below their asymptotic level, and exhibit high correlations

Solution of the Fractional Bratu-Type Equation Via Fractional Residual Power Series Method
Abstract In this paper, we present numerical solution for the fractional Bratu-type equation via fractional residual power series method (FRPSM). The fractional derivatives are described in Caputo sense. The main advantage of the FRPSM in comparison with the existing methods is that the method solves the nonlinear problems without ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Toward computational algorithm for time-fractional Fokker–Planck models
This article describes an efficient algorithm based on residual power series to approximate the solution of a class of partial differential equations of time-fractional Fokker–Planck model. The fractional derivative is assumed in the Caputo sense.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.
