Solar Energy Materials, 1982Abstract The space charge distribution in a-SiH x photoreceptors is investigated by measurement of the residual voltage in xerographic photodischarge characteristics. The correlation between boron concentrations in the a-SiH x photoreceptor and the residual voltage is evaluated.
