Isoresonant complex-valued potentials and symmetries
Let $X$ be a connected Riemannian manifold such that the resolvent of the free Laplacian $(\Delta-z)^{-1}, z\in\C\setminus\R^{+},$ has a meromorphic continuation through $\R^{+}$. The poles of this continuation are called resonances.

Resolvable, not maximally resolvable spaces
According to \textit{J. G. Ceder} [Fundam. Math. 55, 87-93 (1964; Zbl 0139.40401)] following E. Hewitt (1963), a space \(X= (X,{\mathcal T})\) is said to be \(\kappa\)-resolvable if \(X\) is the union of \(\kappa\)-many pairwise disjoint dense subsets; and \(X\) is maximally resolvable if \(X\) is \(\Delta(X)\)-resolvable, where \(\Delta(X)= \min\{| U|:

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Properties of the resolvent of singular q-Dirac operators
In this article, we investigate the resolvent operator of a singular q-Dirac system. We obtain an integral representations for the resolvent of this system, in terms of the spectral function.

Approximating Functions of Positive Compact Operators by Using Bell Polynomials
After recalling the most important properties of the Bell polynomials, we show how to approximate a positive compact operator by a suitable matrix. Then, we derive a representation formula for functions of the obtained matrix, which can be considered as ...

Quartic rings associated to binary quartic forms
We give a bijection between binary quartic forms and quartic rings with a monogenic cubic resolvent ring, relating the rings associated to binary quartic forms with Bhargava's cubic resolvent rings.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

We introduce the concepts of the Fourier transform and convolution generated by an arbitrary restriction of the differentiation operator in the space $L_{2}(0,b).$ In contrast to the classical convolution, the introduced convolution explicitly depends on

The main subject of this paper is a generalization of previous results \textit{R. Schertz} [J. Number Theory 39, 285-326 (1991; Zbl 0739.11052)]. Let \(K\) be an imaginary quadratic number field and \({a}\), \( {b}\) integer ideals in \(K\). The author gives an explicit Galois generator for the ring of integers of the ray class field over \(K\), in ...
