DIGICALC: a restriction fragment analysis program

open access: yesNucleic Acids Research, 1986
DIGICALC is a program designed to aid in the acquisition, storage, and analysis of nucleic acid restriction fragment data. The chief considerations during program design were (i) ease of use for people with varying degrees of computer experience, (ii) minimal hardware requirements (e.g.

Feasibility of a ctDNA multigenic panel for non‐small‐cell lung cancer early detection and disease surveillance

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Plasma‐based detection of actionable mutations is a promising approach in lung cancer management. Analysis of ctDNA with a multigene NGS panel identified TP53, KRAS, and EGFR as the most frequently altered, with TP53 and KRAS in treatment‐naïve patients and TP53 and EGFR in previously treated patients.

Genetic Analysis of Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms in Vitis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The parents and progeny from two crosses (Cayuga White x Aurore and NY62.136.2 x Yates) were examined for the presence of DNA restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs).

Targeted mutagenesis of the Sap47 gene of Drosophila: Flies lacking the synapse associated protein of 47 kDa are viable and fertile [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
BACKGROUND: Conserved proteins preferentially expressed in synaptic terminals of the nervous system are likely to play a significant role in brain function.

Plasma extrachromosomal circular DNA as a biomarker in EGFR‐targeted therapy of non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Detection of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) in plasma samples from EGFR‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer patients. Plasma was collected before and during treatment with the EGFR‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib. Plasma eccDNA was detected in all cancer samples, and the presence of the EGFR gene on eccDNA serves as a potential biomarker ...

A cleavage map of bacteriophage Phi-X174 genome [PDF]

open access: yes, 1974
Restriction endonucleases isolated from Hemophilus influenzae, Hemophilus parainfluenzae, and Hemophilus aegyptius were used to cleave phi-X174 replicative form DNA into three sets of specific DNA fragments.

Molecular Typing of Field Isolates from two outbreaks of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus from Pakistan [PDF]

open access: yesVeterinary World, 2011
A reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (RT-PCR/RFLP) technique was used for the identification and characterization of Pakistani field isolates of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV).
