Molecular diagnosis of peste des petits ruminants virus (PPR) in goats and sheep populations [PDF]
Peste des petits ruminants (PPR) is an economically important viral disease of goats and sheep. The disease is confused clinically with other infections such as the mild strain of rinderpest in small ruminants.

Ex Vivo Spatiotemporal Characterization of Spermatogenesis in Mouse Testicular Organoids
To date, in vitro spermatogenesis remains a challenge in reproductive medicine. In this study, Sun et al. developed a promising in vitro strategy to generate testicular organoids that enable germ cells from newborn mice to enter meiosis, complete chromosome recombination and synapsis, and develop into haploid spermatids.

A Genomic Point Mutation in the Extracellular Domain of the Thyrotropin Receptor in Patients with Graves’ Ophthalmopathy [PDF]
Orbital and pretibial fibroblasts are targets of autoimmune attack in Graves' ophthalmopathy (GO) and pretibial dermopathy (PTD). The fibroblast autoantigen involved in these peripheral manifestations of Graves' disease and the reason for the association

The development of a novel engineered strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (Lp) is reported that can produce bacterial extracellular vesicles (BEVs) at >60‐fold higher yields than the unmodified parental strain. These Lp BEVs retain therapeutic bioactivity as validated in a mouse model of dextran sodium sulfate‐induced colitis.

Identification of transporter genes from the fungal endophyte Neotyphodium lolii : this thesis is presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Plant Biology at Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand / [PDF]
Neotyphodium lolii is an endophytic fungus that lives in the pasture grass, Lolium perenne. They share a mutualistic symbiotic relationship. N. lolii lives out its life cycle within the plant and produces secondary metabolites, including alkaloids ...

Molecular features in a biphenotypic small cell sarcoma with neuroectodermal and muscle differentiation [PDF]
We report a case of a 13-year-old girl with soft tissue sarcoma of the hand, which showed muscle and neuroectodermal immunophenotypes. Molecular studies were performed on RNA collected from fine-needle aspiration (FNA) cytology and ...

Upregulated TRMT6 forms aberrant hypermethylation of a specific tRNA pool and serves as a predictor of poor prognosis in TNBC. This m1A modification in tRNAs enhances translation of FTH1 and FTL, reducing the pool of bioavailable Fe2⁺. Reduced Fe2+ availability impairs RSL3‐induced lipid peroxidation and tumor progression.

Corticosteroids improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade therapy in metastatic murine breast cancer. By normalizing the tumor immune microenvironment, corticosteroids reduce immunosuppressive signals, restore T‐cell function, and promote antitumor immune responses, resulting in enhanced tumor control.
