Polymorphisms of exon 5, exon 7 and intron 10 of MMP2 gene and their association with wool density in Rex rabbits

open access: yesWorld Rabbit Science, 2017
Wool density is an important index that influences Rex rabbit fur quality. In our earlier studies, we found some important differentially expressed genes in different wool density of Rex rabbit by cDNA microarray.

Gapless Complete Genome and Multi‐Omics Illuminate Immune Adaptation and Host‐Virus Interactions in a Coronavirus Reservoir

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present a complete T2T genome assembly for a key bat reservoir. Integrating population genomics, comparative genomics, transcriptomics, single‐cell omics, and functional assays, we resolve previously inaccessible genomic regions and identify evolutionary signatures associated with immune adaptation.

Adaptive Cellular Responsiveness to Electrical Stimulation at the Skin‐Electrode Interface

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an adaptive bioelectronic response in which sustained electrical stimulation (ES) upregulates voltage‐gated calcium channels (VGCCs) and enhances cellular sensitivity to subsequent ES at the skin‐device interface. VGCC‐associated adaptive sensitization promotes regenerative wound‐healing responses in vivo, including accelerated ...

Pendugaan Jarak Genetik Kelinci (Hyla, Hycole, Hycolex NZW, Rex, dan Satin) Melalui Analisis Morfometrik (ESTIMATION OF RABBIT GENETIC DISTANCE (HYLA, HYCOLE, HYCOLEXNZW, NZW, REX AND SATIN) THROUGH MORPHOMETRIC ANALYSIS)

open access: yesJurnal Veteriner, 2016
The observation on morphological body conformation of Hyla (CC), Hycole (FF), HycolexNZW (FN),New Zealand White (NN), Rex (RR), and Satin (SS) were carried out to determine estimation of mahalanobisgenetic distance.

Expanded characterization of the valproic acid zebrafish larval model of autism spectrum disorder: Insights into dysregulation in the gut

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.
Meticulous calculation of zebrafish‐equivalent therapeutic valproic acid (VPA) dosage maximized the translational value of the data. Hyposerotonergic tone underpinned an anxiety‐like outcome as a core symptom of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Compartment‐specific dopaminergic and serotonergic dysregulation in the brain versus gut provided mechanistic ...

Identification and profiling of microRNA between back and belly Skin in Rex rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus)

open access: yesWorld Rabbit Science, 2018
Skin is an important trait for Rex rabbits and skin development is influenced by many processes, including hair follicle cycling, keratinocyte differentiation and formation of coat colour and skin morphogenesis.

Scaling and ecomorphology of lagomorph body shape and appendicular skeleton

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract Body shape is one of the most prominent features of phenotypic variation. Yet, mammalian body shapes are poorly quantified and the underlying components contributing to its diversity and its relationship to other skeletal components are rarely tested.
