Investigating the Performance of RF MEMS Switches
2006 IEEE International Conference on Semiconductor Electronics, 2006The performance of micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) metal switches were investigated at wide temperature range. Measurements were carried out using cryogenic probe station and S-parameters were taken using a network analyser for frequencies up to 20 GHz. A total of 28 switches were evaluated.

Scalability of Capacitive RF MEMS Switches
2001MEMS capacitive shunt switches have attracted large interest in various microwave or mm-wave applications, such as low power communication systems or phased arrayed antennas [1,2,3]. Performance and Dynamics of a RF MEMS Switch

Charge trap investigation methodology on RF-MEMS switches
2011We hereby discuss effects and consequences of using certain measurements approaches on the charge trap analysis of RF-MEMS switches during cycling tests. We analyze how measurements are affected when the shape of the pulse changes, when the cycling frequency decrease and when measurements are carried out as a function of temperature.
