Microdosimetric Characterisation of 28 kVp Mo/Mo, Rh/Rh, Rh/Al, W/Rh and Mo/Rh Mammography X Ray Spectra

Microdosimetric characteristics of 28 kVp mammography X ray spectra were studied for several target/added filtration combinations (Mo/Mo, Rh/Rh, Rh/Al, W/Rh, Mo/Rh). Monte Carlo techniques were used to model X ray production from mammography units and to calculate distributions of absorbed dose and energy imparted in breast tissue.

In 1609, in the popular Paris press, a French midwife reported the birth of twins. The first was grossly edematous (hydropic) and died promptly. The second, in better condition, became deeply jaundiced; developed neurologic symptoms (kernicterus) and died on the 3rd day.

A case is presented whose red blood cells were typed as Rhabcd1rh and whose serum contained an antibody resembling anti‐Rho in specificity. This serum sensitized all Rho‐positive cells tested except the cells of the patient herself.

Abstract[C8H12RhCl]2 reagiert mit einem Überschuß von Trimethylphosphan zu [(PMe3)4Rh]Cl (1). In Lösungen von 1 findet ein sehr rascher Austausch der Phosphanliganden statt. Die Reaktion von 1 mit TIC5H5 führt zu dem Komplex C5H5Rh(PMe3)2 (9), der ein stark Lewis‐basisches Metallatom besitzt.
