Zinc(II) coordination complexes with tunable aryloxy‐imine ligands exhibit controllable supramolecular self‐assembly into hierarchical fibrous structures. Coordination‐driven stacking, not π–π interactions, enables gelation, dynamic assembly/disassembly, and enhanced nanomechanical properties.

A consistent dimensional analysis of gas–liquid mass transfer in an aerated stirred tank containing purely viscous fluids with shear-thinning properties [PDF]
This paper deals with gas–liquid mass transfer in an aerated stirred tank containing Newtonian or shearthinning fluids. The aim is to demonstrate that, for a given mixing system, an unique dimensionless correlation gathering all the mass transfer rates (

3D Multicellular Scaffold Based Model for Advancing Bone Disorder Research
A scalable 3D multicellular in vitro bone model engineered by integrating osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and endothelial cells on biodegradable scaffolds. The system recapitulates key features of human bone remodeling and disease pathology. As a proof of concept, the model mimics osteogenesis imperfecta, demonstrating its potential as a physiologically ...

Tailoring the flow of soft glasses by soft additives [PDF]
We examine the vitrification and melting of asymmetric star polymers mixtures by combining rheological measurements with mode coupling theory. We identify two types of glassy states, a {\it single} glass, in which the small component is fluid in the ...

A dual crosslinking strategy to tailor rheological properties of gelatin methacryloyl
3D bioprinting is an emerging technology that enables the fabrication of three-dimensional organised cellular constructs. One of the major challenges in 3D bioprinting is to develop a material to meet the harsh requirements (cell-compatibility ...

Ionic Control of Microstructure and Lubrication in Charged, Physically Cross‐Linked Hydrogels
Here, charged, physically cross‐linked poly(methacrylamide‐co‐methacrylic acid) hydrogels stabilized by a short‐range attractive, long‐range repulsive potential is investigated. This work uncovers how salt addition alters not only swelling, but also the microstructure and dynamics, near‐surface stiffness and charge, and ultimately, its lubricity. Salts

Biomimetic Iridescent Skin: Robust Prototissues Spontaneously Assembled from Photonic Protocells
Uniform nanoparticles are induced to form arrays (photonic crystals) in the cores of biopolymer capsules, endowing these ‘protocells’ with structural color. These protocells are then assembled into large self‐standing objects, i.e., prototissues, with robust mechanical properties as well as iridescent optical properties.
