Plant synthetic biology‐based biofortification, strategies and recent progresses
This mini‐review highlights fi ve synthetic biology strategies to boost crop nutrition and alleviate the ‘hidden hunger’ resulting from vitamin and nutrient defi ciencies. These approaches offer precise, sustainable ways to engineer nutrient‐rich plants, providing innovative solutions to global malnutrition through biofortifi cation.
