CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.

A Tale of Two Countries: Spatial and Temporal Patterns of Rice Productivity in China and Brazil [PDF]
This paper looks at differences in spatial and temporal variation of rice yields in China and Brazil. We find that rice yields in China have converged over time and that rice production has become more and more homogeneous.

Climate Change Impact on Rice Yield and Production Risk [PDF]
The relationship among rice yield and weather variables in Korea is explored using a stochastic production function. The results reveal that average rice yield is positively related to temperature and negatively associated with precipitation.

ERK‐Mediated Phosphorylation of YAP Defines a Noncanonical FGF Signaling Mechanism in Stem Cells
With a powerful combination of in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro models, the authors highlight a novel FGF‐ERK signaling regulation of YAP at the S128 site in neural crest‐derived stem cells. This study opens exciting new directions in stem cell biology and craniofacial biology, paving the way for potential innovations in the treatment of craniofacial ...

Climate Change Threatens Micronutrient Density of European Winter Wheat
Micronutrients are vital for human health. Wheat is a major staple crop and a significant source of minerals and B‐vitamins. The impact of climate change on their content remains largely unknown. We evaluated micronutrient levels in European winter wheat grown under historical and projected climate conditions. Our findings indicate that future climates
