Effects of rice properties and emulsifiers on the quality of rice pasta [PDF]
AbstractTwo commercial rice flours (GTIndica and GTJaponica, with amylose contents of 306.8 and 185.2 g kg−1 respectively) and their blended flours were used to make rice pasta. The effects of two emulsifiers (distilled glyceryl monostearate (GMS) and a commercial emulsifier (KM3000)) on the pasting and thermal properties of dried rice pasta were ...

A ZIF‐90 nanocarrier delivers dinotefuran and suppresses NlABCG3 and NlABCH1 in resistant Nilaparvata lugens. This system combines pH/ATP‐triggered release with enhanced foliar retention, improving efficacy while sparing honeybees and promoting rice growth, offering a promising resistance‐breaking strategy.

TED1 Promotes the Assembly of SCFD3‐D14‐D53 to Reinforce Strigolactone Signaling in Rice
This study identifies TED1 as a positive regulator of strigolactones (SL) signaling in rice. The ted1 mutants display dwarfism and increased tillering with significantly reduced SLs sensitivity. Through its longer C‐terminal region, TED1 interacts with D53 and D14 to promote the assembly of SCFD3‐D14‐D53, thereby facilitating the efficient ...

This study reveals that long non‐coding RNAs represent important regulatory components underlying pear domestication and improvement. Integrative multi‐omics analyses identify selected lncRNAs associated with fruit traits, while functional validation uncovers a lignin‐related lncRNA, lncRNA‐pys, that promotes lignin accumulation.
