BioSenSRRF is an open‐source workflow that combines conventional FRET biosensors with SRRF reconstruction to generate sub‐diffraction FRET index maps on standard microscopes. The pipeline integrates automated image registration, SRRF reconstruction, quantitative FRET index calculation, and random line‐based hotspot analysis to uncover AURKA‐dependent ...

The riddle of Tasmanian languages [PDF]
Recent work which combines methods from linguistics and evolutionary biology has been fruitful in discovering the history of major language families because of similarities in evolutionary processes. Such work opens up new possibilities for language research on previously unsolvable problems, especially in areas where information from other sources may

CAF‐derived S1P activates the S1PR3‐JNK‐Jun signaling pathway, thereby transcriptionally upregulating MALL expression in cancer cells. MALL increases the cell‐surface abundance of SDC4 by promoting its recycling and restricting its lysosomal degradation, which in turn enhances RhoA‐p‐MLC2‐dependent amoeboid invasion and SDC4‐PTN axis‐mediated cancer ...

Generation of the Camptothecin Scaffold by a Flavin‐Catalyzed Photooxidative Skeletal Reorganization
The biosynthetic pathway of the anticancer drug precursor camptothecin involves an enigmatic skeletal reorganization from a 6/5/6 tetrahydro‐β‐carboline to a 6/6/5 pyrroloquinoline ring system. Here, we show that this transformation can be achieved by photooxidation with flavin cofactors, such as flavin mononucleotide (FMN) as catalysts.
