Ring Transformations in Tetrazole Chemistry
Journal fr Praktische Chemie/Chemiker-Zeitung, 1998Transformations of heterocycles into tetrazoles as well as conversions of the latter into other rings are reviewed. The literature is covered through early 1998 (material that has been surveyed by Van der Plas [1] and Benson [2] is resumed in abridged fashion).

Chemistry of the solanidane ring system
Journal of the Chemical Society C: Organic, 1971The reaction of acetyldemissidine and acetylsolanidine with cyanogen bromide is described and the results of the lithium aluminium hydride reduction of the bromo-cyanamides so produced are discussed. The hydrolysis of acetyldemissidine bromo-cyanamide under very mild conditions caused a retro-von Braun reaction to afford the initial alkaloid.

Medium-ring diphosphines: synthesis and transannular chemistry
Coordination Chemistry Reviews, 1998Abstract Medium-ring diphosphines offer unique opportunities to study the interactions between phosphorus atoms. In addition, monocyclic medium-ring diphosphines may be very useful ligands in transition metal complexes. A number of useful synthetic routes to these compounds have been developed, but further efforts in this direction might be rewarding.

Imaging the Photochemical Ring-Opening of 1,3-Cyclohexadiene by Ultrafast Electron Diffraction
, 2018The ultrafast photoinduced ring-opening of 1,3-cyclohexadiene constitutes a textbook example of electrocyclic reactions in organic chemistry and a model for photobiological reactions in vitamin D synthesis.

Chemistry and pharmacology of ring-fluorinated catecholamines
Journal of Fluorine Chemistry, 1995Abstract Naturally-occurring catecholamines have important and diverse physiological roles, including serving as chemical neurotransmitters. The responses of catecholamines functioning as adrenergic agonists can be profoundly altered by ring fluorination, depending on the site of fluorination and the nature of the agonist.
