Interfacial Bioengineering of Dynamic Networks Hybrid Hydrogel for Programmed Intervention in Oral Precancerous Epithelial States

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This study develops a dual‐bioinspired hydrogel, MSA@PGel (macrophage membrane‐coated and salvianolic acid B/5‐aminolevulinic acid co‐loaded liposomes embedded in a polydopamine‐based gel), that integrates macrophage membrane‐mediated active targeting and mussel‐inspired wet adhesion for programmed intervention in oral precancerous lesions.

Beyond the bulk: overview and novel insights into the dynamics of muscle satellite cells during muscle regeneration

open access: yesInflammation and Regeneration
Skeletal muscle possesses remarkable regenerative capabilities, fully recovering within a month following severe acute damage. Central to this process are muscle satellite cells (MuSCs), a resident population of somatic stem cells capable of self-renewal

Deciphering the gonadal cell atlas of Monopterus albus and cell fate during sex reversal based on single-cell RNA sequencing

open access: yesStem Cell Research & Therapy
Background The Monopterus albus serves as a unique model for studying sex reversal, transitioning naturally from female to male. However, the origins of male germline stem cells (GSCs) and the roles of somatic cells during sex reversal remain poorly ...
