Our data show that suppressing IRF2, genetically or by siRNA, modulates PD‐L1 and MHC‐I levels. This induced immune‐evasive state critically underlies the significantly prolonged survival of cardiac allografts, revealing a novel therapeutic avenue.

Light regulates tomato fruit metabolome via SlDML2‐mediated global DNA demethylation
In tomato growth and development, red and blue light signals are captured by the photoreceptors phyB2 and CRY1a, which kickstart tomato fruit ripening by activating HY5, which activates DNA demethylation via DML2 to trigger a metabolic and ripening transformation cascade within the tomato.

Under heat stress, GENOMES UNCOUPLED1 (GUN1) is crucial for the formation of functional chloroplasts in seedlings under heat stress. Without GUN1, chloroplast development fails and seedlings fail to turn green. Therefore, GUN1 helps relay heat‐related cues to maintain chloroplast biogenesis and support thermotolerance during early growth.
