Clumsy packings of graphs [PDF]
Let $G$ and $H$ be graphs. We say that $P$ is an $H$-packing of $G$ if $P$ is a set of edge-disjoint copies of $H$ in $G$. An $H$-packing $P$ is maximal if there is no other $H$-packing of $G$ that properly contains $P$. Packings of maximum cardinality have been studied intensively, with several recent breakthrough results.

A flexible electrode loaded with a carbon nanowire network (CC@C‐NWN) is developed for electrochemically generating reactive chlorine species (RCS) from abundant chloride ions in body fluids for tumor therapy. CC@C‐NWN enhances chlorine evolution, inducing redox dysregulation and synergistic apoptosis‐ferroptosis in tumor cells.

Through tuning biomimetic scaffold stiffness and matrix composition the reparative capacity of astrocyte progenitors is enhanced. Soft, collagen‐IV/fibronectin‐functionalized scaffolds promote progenitor growth while improving angiogenic, immunomodulatory, and neurotrophic capacity in a stiffness and matrix‐dependent manner, demonstrating the impact of

Polynomial maps with nilpotent Jacobians in dimension three I [PDF]
In this paper, we first prove that $u,v,h$ are linearly dependent over ${\bf K}$ if $JH$ is nilpotent and $H$ has the form: $H=(u(x,y,z),v(u,h),h(x,y))$ with $H(0)=0$ or $H=(u(x,y),v(u,h),h(x,y,z))$ with $H(0)=0$. Then we classify polynomial maps of the form $H=(u(x,y),v(x,y,z), h(x,y))$ in the case that $JH$ is nilpotent and $(\deg_yu,\deg_yh)\leq 2$.

RNase H enables efficient repair of R-loop induced DNA damage
R-loops, three-stranded structures that form when transcripts hybridize to chromosomal DNA, are potent agents of genome instability. This instability has been explained by the ability of R-loops to induce DNA damage. Here, we show that persistent R-loops
