Adaptable Tile‐Based Pneumatic Origami through Structurally Coupled Localized Actuation
This article presents tile‐based pneumatic origami structures with rigid tiles and flexible fabric creases, achieving adaptable properties including morphing shape, selective multistability, and tunable stiffness. Independently pressurized folding bladders at each crease enable structurally coupled localized actuation of origami structures.

Small road, big road, personal roads, shared roads
When we live in society, it is crucial to understand and appreciate that we are always connected to others. The choices we make—the roads we take—may feel like individual ones but they are not. Roads and lanes exist before we as individual persons exist; they will continue to exist after we as individuals cease to exist.

An Inkjet‐Printed Platinum‐Based Temperature Sensing Element on Polyimide Substrates
An inkjet‐printed, meander‐structured, nanoparticle platinum‐based resistive temperature sensors on polyimide substrates are demonstrated as proof‐of‐concept. Optimized sintering at 250°C enables stable conductive structures. The Pt100‐ and Pt1000‐type sensors exhibit linear resistance–temperature characteristics with stable TCR in the 20°C–80°C range,

This study examines how several molten high‐silicon electrical steels interact with both conventional and recycled MgO–C refractories. For this, various immersion experiments are conducted. In addition to infiltration, a number of mechanisms are identified and explained that control the corrosion of the refractory material.

Survey of free speeds on roads outside built-up areas with elevated speed limits in Hungary [PDF]
In Hungary since 2008 some roads operate with posted speed limits which are higher than the general 90 kmph outside urban areas. The goal of the current study was to explore how well road users can recognize various types of roads.
