3D Soft Hydrogels Induce Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells “Deep” Quiescence
Three‐dimensional soft hydrogels mimicking the bone marrow niche induce deep quiescence in human mesenchymal stem cells. Unlike 2D culture, 3D matrices halt proliferation, regulate cell‐cycle and quiescence markers, and downregulate mTORC1 signaling, preserving stem cell phenotype and therapeutic potential ex vivo.

This review examines how in vitro electrical and mechanical stimulation modulates wound healing in fibroblasts and keratinocytes. Analyzing over 560 experimental data points, we relate stimulation parameters to proliferation and migration outcomes, evaluate platform designs, and highlight the need for multi‐parameter optimization to advance targeted ...

Experimental artefacts in undrained triaxial testing [PDF]
For evaluation of the undrained thermo-poro-elastic properties of saturated porous materials in conventional triaxial cells, it is important to take into account the effect of the dead volume of the drainage system.

Recapitulating Endochondral Ossification for Bone Repair: From Development to Engineering Strategy
This review summarizes the developmental basis of endochondral ossification (ECO) and its applications in bone tissue engineering (BTE). It first outlines the key biological processes and signaling pathways underlying ECO, then discusses biomaterial‐based engineering strategies derived from these principles, and finally highlights future directions for

Ferroelectric Quantum Dots for Retinomorphic In‐Sensor Computing
This work has provided a protocol for fabricating retinomorphic phototransistors by integrating ferroelectric ligands with quantum dots. The resulting device combines ferroelectricity, optical responsiveness, and low‐power operation to enable adaptive signal amplification and high recognition accuracy under low‐light conditions, while supporting ...

THE CONSISTENCY CONDITIONS FOR DENSITY LIMITS OF HYPOPLASTIC CONSTITUTIVE LAW
The so called phase diagram of grain skeletons illustrates the range of possible void ratios between the pressure dependent bounds ei and et. It can be shown that in the framework of the actual hypoplastic model these bounds can be surpassed by ...

The specific charge has been given as a function of the blastability index (BI) only in previous research, whereas fragment size is one of the attractive blasting results. The impacts of combination of the important factors such as fragment size, in-situ
