Paraquat (PQ) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure activates the HIF‐1α–PFKFB2 pathway, driving glycolysis in dendritic cells (DCs). This metabolic shift enhances DC maturation and immune activation, exacerbating acute lung injury (ALI).
