Rotenone derivatives were synthesized through modifications of the carbonyl group and their antiproliferative activities were evaluated against various cancer cell lines (MCF‐7, A549, and HCT116). The physicochemical properties and drug‐likeness of the derivatives were evaluated using the SwissADME webtool.

Rotenoids from Boerhaavia diffusa as Potential Anti-inflammatory Agents [PDF]
Five new (2, 3, 5, 7, and 9) and four known rotenoids (1, 4, 6, and 8) were isolated from a methanol extract of Boerhaavia diffusa roots. The structures of the new rotenoids were elucidated by spectroscopic data interpretation. The 70% ethanol extract, a

Isoflavones and Rotenoids from the Leaves of Millettia brandisiana
A new isoflavone, 4'-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyloxy-5,7,2',5'-tetramethoxyisoflavone, brandisianin A (1), was isolated from the leaves of Millettia brandisiana, along with one synthetically known isoflavone, 7,4'-di-O-prenylgenistein (2) and twelve known compounds. The structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis.

Antiplasmodial and larvicidal flavonoids from Derris trifoliate
From the dichloromethane-methanol (1:1) extract of the seed pods of Derris trifoliata, a new flavanone derivative (S)-lupinifolin 4´-methyl ether was isolated. In addition, the known flavonoids lupinifolin and rotenone were identified.
