Robotic Interventional Needle Insertion Assisted by a Cable‐Driven Parallel Robot

This article presents a body‐mounted cable‐driven parallel robot assisting the needle insertion procedure designated for automated interventional pain therapy. The 3D‐printed robot body and multiple thin cables can achieve high X‐ray compatibility for intervention. The robot performs full 6‐degree of freedom needle insertion and remote center of motion

Multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Formation Control through Deep Reinforcement Learning with Offline Sample Correction

Evolutionary Codesign and Fabrication of Tensegrity Joints with Integrated Pneumatic Artificial Muscles

This study presents a tensegrity joint with pneumatic artificial muscles integrated directly into its tensile network. Inspired by tensegrity spine structures, the joint's topology is developed and further optimized through an evolutionary algorithm, taking into account fabrication constraints and target applications.
