A method for determination of hexokinase activity by RP-HPLC
Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences, 2011A method was established to determine the activity of hexokinase by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The activity of hexokinase was determined by detecting the amount of ADP in the reaction that converts glucose into glucose-6-phosphate. The separation degree of ATP and ADP was as good as 3.46 (separation degree>1.5).

Method Development and Validation of Lorlatinib by RP-HPLC
Chinese Journal of Applied PhysiologyA simple, Accurate, precise method was developed for the estimation of the Lorlatinib in API form and Marketed pharmaceutical dosage form by RP-HPLC. Chromatogram was run through Hypersil C18 (4.6mm×150mm, 5µm) Particle size Column and Mobile phase containing Methanol and Water taken in the ratio of 25: 75% v/v was pumped through column at a flow rate ...

Separation and Identification of Labile Polyacetylenes by RP-HPLC
Journal of Liquid Chromatography, 1989Abstract Traditional methods of isolation and identification of labile polyacetylenes often lead to substantial loss of material. Reverse-phase HPLC coupled with a diode array detector offers a fast and convenient way to isolate and identify polyacetylenes from plant sources.

Razdvajanje bjelančevina žitarica RP-HPLC metodom
2005Za analizu bjelančevina žitarica, zbog njihove heterogenosti, slabe topljivosti i tendencije polimerizaciji razvijaju se i primjenjuju nove metode kojima se postiže bolja rezolucija i ponovljivost pri razdvajanju. Širu primjenu našle su elektroforetske i kromatografske metode.

Determination and Method Validation of Metamitron in Soil by RP-HPLC
Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, 2013A simple, rapid and economical method was developed and validated for the determination of metamitron using UV detector with RP-HPLC. Study of metamitron in soil was carried out. The compound was extracted from soil by methanol and clean-up was done on C-18 SPE column.

Proteolytic Cleavage in RP-HPLC Solvents
1987Successful degradation of the very resistant human complement component C3 (Mr 187,500) with trypsin in the presence of 2-propanol (1) has prompted us to examine the effects of the lower alcohols and acetonitrile during degradation with some commonly used endoproteases. The benefits might be threefold.

Phenomenological approach to the mechanism of retention in RP HPLC
Chromatographia, 2002The retention process in reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) and the mechanism behind it can best be followed by a phenomenological description of molecular interactions. This can be accomplished by using the linear solvation-energy relationship (LSER).

A new simple, selective, rapid, precise RP- HPLC method is described for the determination of Dacomitinib in bulk and marketed pharmaceutical dosage form. Chromatography was carried on a Symmetry C18 (4.6×150mm) 5µm column using a mixture of Methanol: Phosphate Buffer (pH-4.6) (25:75) V/V as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min with detection ...
