On RPC model of satellite imagery
Geo-spatial Information Science, 2006 The RPC model has recently raised considerable interest in the photogrammetry and remote sensing community. The RPC is a generalized sensor model that is capable of achieving high approximation accuracy. Unfortunately, the computation of the parameters of RPC model is subject to the initial of the parameter in all available liteature.

A new approach in modeling the behavior of RPC detectors [PDF]
Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section A: Accelerators, Spectrometers, Detectors and Associated Equipment, 2012 The behavior of RPC detectors is highly sensitive to environmental variables. A novel approach is presented to model the behavior of RPC detectors in a variety of experimental conditions. The algorithm, based on Artificial Neural Networks, has been developed and tested on the CMS RPC gas gain monitoring system during commissioning.

Radiometric Terrain Correction Method Based on RPC Model for Polarimetric SAR Data
Remote Sensing, 2023 Radiometric terrain correction (RTC) is an important preprocessing step for synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data application in mountainous areas. At present, the RTC processing of SAR depends on the Range Doppler (RD) positioning model.

Application of the RPC model for spaceborne SAR image geometric processing
Geo-spatial Information Science, 2012 An increasing number of low, medium, and high resolution SAR satellites creates a demand for a generalized sensor model to replace the rigorous sensor model (RSM). The rational polynomial coefficient (RPC) model is a generic sensor model which accurately fits the object-image geometry for various sensor systems with different coefficient values. It has

A NOVEL RPC BIAS MODEL FOR IMPROVING THE POSITIONING ACCURACY OF SATELLITE IMAGES [PDF]
ISPRS Annals of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences, 2020 High-precision satellite image geolocation is the basis for advanced processing of satellite image data. Aiming at the optimization of the satellite image positioning accuracy based on rational polynomial coefficients (RPC), we propose an RPC image-space

A theory of RPC calculi for client–server model [PDF]
Journal of Functional Programming, 2019 Abstract With multi-tier programming languages, programmers can specify the locations of code to run in order to reduce development efforts for the web-based client–server model where programmers write client and server programs separately and test the multiple programs together.

SOLVING THE RATIONAL POLYNOMIAL COEFFICIENTS BASED ON L CURVE [PDF]
The International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences, 2018 The rational polynomial coefficients (RPC) model is a generalized sensor model, which can achieve high approximation accuracy. And it is widely used in the field of photogrammetry and remote sensing.

A model for RPC detectors operating at high rate [PDF]
Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section A: Accelerators, Spectrometers, Detectors and Associated Equipment, 2003 We present a simple model to describe the behavior of Resistive Plate Chambers (RPC) exposed to a high particle flux. We show that the RPC current, I, saturates at large flux values and we explain why the dependence of I on the applied voltage V0 is essentially linear.
