The Role of the Gut Microbiota in Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation
ABSTRACT Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo‐HCT) is an effective treatment for patients with high‐risk hematologic malignancies. Over the last decade, gut microbiota composition during allo‐HCT has been associated with patients' outcomes.

Early Upper Limb Motor Impairment in Multiple Sclerosis Across EDSS Levels: A Case–Control Study
Upper limb function is impaired in people with multiple sclerosis compared with healthy controls, even at low levels of neurological disability. Patients are stratified by Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score (≤3.5 and >3.5) and assessed using objective upper limb measures.

Synthetic Sinapates: Antifungal, Molecular Docking, and ADMET Studies
ABSTRACT The increasing incidence of diseases resulting from fungal infections is due to the high morbidity and mortality associated with these microorganisms. Sinapic acid is a plant‐derived phenolic compound with antifungal activity. Therefore, in this study, a collection of eleven sinapates (1‐11) was prepared and the antifungal activity of these ...

In multiple sclerosis, astrocytes detect extracellular DNA via the cGAS–STING pathway, triggering Clusterin secretion that induces oligodendrocyte apoptosis and demyelination. Pharmacological STING inhibition with H‐151 suppresses this neurotoxic cascade, preserves myelin integrity, and ameliorates clinical disability in experimental autoimmune ...
