Sequence-specific resonance assignments of human TAF15-RRM and TAF15-RRM-RanBP2

Biomolecular NMR Assignments, 2014
Human TATA binding protein associated factor 2 N (TAF15) is a RNA/DNA binding protein involved in many aspects of RNA and DNA metabolism. TAF15 contains an N-terminal transcriptional activation domain and C-terminal region comprising the RNA recognition motif (RRM) and RanBP2 type zinc finger domains with interspersed RGG motifs.

Effects of downtilting on RRM parameters

2004 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (IEEE Cat. No.04TH8754), 2005
UMTS radio network planning has to deal with many parameters that simultaneously influence network performance. Their adjustment is not always an easy task since coverage, capacity and quality of service must be jointly maximized. This paper addresses the problem of adjusting antenna downtilt and its impact on the system, particularly on RRM parameters.

Efficacy of rituximab in refractory RRMS

Multiple Sclerosis Journal, 2018
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of rituximab as rescue therapy in patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) and persistent disease activity confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) despite immunosuppressive disease-modifying therapy (DMT).

RRM analysis of protoporphyrinogen oxidase

Australasian Physics & Engineering Sciences in Medicine, 2004
Enzymes are crucial in accelerating metabolic reactions in living organisms. Protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PpOI) is an enzyme that catalyses the production of protoporphyrin IX (PpIX), a protein used in a cancer treatment known as photodynamic therapy (PDT).

Comparison of LTE centralized RRM and IEEE 802.11 decentralized RRM for ITS cooperative awareness

2018 IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC), 2018
Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) are based on the exchange of messages between vehicles and with the road infrastructure in order to improve road safety, traffic efficiency, and travel comfort. Although the lower layers of the European C-ITS protocol stack support different wireless communication technologies, ITS-G5 is currently the ...

Solving MBMS RRM problem by metaheuristics

2014 IEEE 25th Annual International Symposium on Personal, Indoor, and Mobile Radio Communication (PIMRC), 2014
Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service system supports efficient diffusion of multicast multimedia services in cellular networks. Our previous work shows that the radio resource management problem for MBMS can be modeled as a combinatorial optimization problem which tries to find optimal assignment of power and channel codes [1].
