การทำแห้งเยือกแข็งกลุ่มแบคทีเรีย RRM-V3 และความสามารถในการสลายไพรีนและฟีแนนทรีน
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการทำแห้งเยือกแข็งกลุ่มแบคทีเรีย RRM-V3 โดย ใช้สารป้องกันความเย็น 3 ชนิดคือ 12% ซูโครส 10% นมปลอดมันเนย และ 5% ไดเมธิลซัลฟอกไซด์ หลังการทำแห้งเยือกแข็งกลุ่มแบคทีเรีย RRM-V3 โดยมี 12% ซูโครสเป็นสารป้องกันความเย็นพบว่ากลุ่มแบคทีเรีย RRM-V3 รอดชีวิต 99.54% และสามารถย่อยสลายไพรีนและฟีแนนทรีน 0.05 มิลลิกรัมต ...openaire +1 more source
