Quantum‐confined lepidocrocite titanate nanofilaments are doped, bottom‐up, with Mn+2, Fe+2, Co+2, Ni+2, and Cu+2 to tune electronic structure and catalysis. This paper presents the room‐temperature fabrication of solution‐processed, high refractive index TiOX thin films via photo‐densification. Using these films, flexible Bragg mirrors are demonstrated on PET substrates, achieving a high reflectivity of 96% at 450 nm.
