Oxidation-Induced Detachment of Ruthenoarene Units and Oxygen Insertion in Bis-Pd(II) Hexaphyrin π-Ruthenium Complexes

open access: yesMolecules, 2020
Two types of new bis-Pd(II) hexaphyrin π-ruthenium complexes are reported. A double-decker bis-Pd(II) hexaphyrin π-ruthenium complex 4 was obtained by oxidation-induced detachment of a ruthenoarene unit from the triple-decker complex 3 and oxygen ...

Dithiocarboxylate complexes of ruthenium(ii) and osmium(ii)

open access: yesDalton Transactions, 2011
The ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(R)(κ(2)-S(2)C·IPr)(CO)(PPh(3))(2)](+) (R = CH=CHBu(t), CH=CHC(6)H(4)Me-4, C(C≡CPh)=CHPh) are formed on reaction of IPr·CS(2) with [Ru(R)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh(3))(2)] (BTD = 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole) or [Ru(C(C≡CPh)=CHPh)Cl(CO)(PPh(3))(2)] in the presence of ammonium hexafluorophosphate.

Electrochemical Detection of Tadalafil at Glassy Carbon Electrodes Modified with Ruthenium(II) Complex

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrochemical Science, 2020
Ruthenium complexes are well known for their electrochemical activity, which could be attributed to the presence of stable ruthenium complexes with divalent ruthenium center, Ru2+.

Preparation of ruthenium(II) and ruthenium(III) myoglobin and the reaction of dioxygen, and carbon monoxide, with ruthenium(II) myoglobin.

open access: yesJournal of Biological Chemistry, 1979
Ruthenium myoglobins have been prepared by the reconstitution of horse heart apomyoglobin with either ruthenium(II) or ruthenium(III) mesoporphyrin IX (MpIX) derivatives. The ruthenium(II) and -(III) myo globins (RuMb and RuMb+, respectively) contain one ruthenium porphyrin/heme binding site; the species are readily interconverted using dithionite for ...

Ruthenium(II) MOCVD Precursors for Phosphorus‐Doped Ruthenium Layer Formation

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, 2020
The synthesis and solid‐state structure of Ru(CO)2(PEt3)2(O2CR)2 (4a–f, R = Me, Et, iPr, tBu, CH2OMe, CF3) is reported. The vapor pressure of 4a–f was measured, ranging from 6.3 mbar (4f) to 14.8 at 190 °C (4e). Complexes 4a–f decompose between 210–350 °C of which 4c shows the lowest (248 °C) and 4e (280 °C) the highest onset temperature. TG‐MS studies
