N, S Co‐Doped Carbon Quantum Dots‐Riboflavin Composite Photosensitizers for Enhanced Iontophoresis‐Assisted Corneal Cross‐Linking

This study explores the use of N, S co‐doped carbon quantum dots (NS‐CQDs) as carriers for riboflavin, creating NS‐CQDs‐RF composite photosensitizers. These composites improve riboflavin absorption, enhance ROS generation efficiency, and preserve corneal epithelium integrity.

Metal Ruthenium Complexes Treat Spinal Cord Injury By Alleviating Oxidative Stress Through Interaction With Antioxidant 1 Copper Chaperone Protein

Oxidative stress is a major factor affecting spinal cord injury (SCI) prognosis. A ruthenium metal complex can aid in treating SCI by scavenging reactive oxygen species via a protein‐regulated mechanism to alleviate oxidative stress.

Biomimetic Ru‐Mn Nanozyme with Cascade Catalytic Activity Attenuates Secondary Brain Injury in Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Ru–Mn composite nanozymes are engineered to mimic dual‐enzyme cascade catalysis, enabling efficient ROS clearance and neuroinflammation suppression. In collagenase‐ and autologous blood‐induced ICH mouse models, intranasal and intravenous administration reduced hematoma volume, preserved BBB integrity, and improved neurological recovery.
