LONGITUDINAL PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION OF RWD VEHICLE
The longitudinal performance of a vehicle is the ability to achieve the highest longitudinal acceleration on the given road surface and tyres. The engine is capable of high torque delivery especially in low vehicle speed. A pre-emptive controller has been deployed to control the torque delivery where tyres are being used in their peak friction area.

Adolescent social isolation disrupts hippocampal function and exacerbates emotional symptoms, with sex‐specific patterns, as shown by human studies. In mice, social isolation decreased hippocampal synaptic density and calcium signaling, upregulated complement proteins, and activated complement‐mediated microglial synaptic phagocytosis.

Benzbromarone as a Novel Candidate for Preventing Alzheimer's Disease: Evidence From Real-World Data Screening and in Vitro Validation. [PDF]
Drug repositioning analysis identifies candidate therapeutic agents for Alzheimer’s diseaseand supports further mechanistic and translational investigation. ABSTRACT Drug development for Alzheimer's disease (AD) remains challenging, with only a 0.4% success rate from Phase I trials to regulatory approval.

ABSTRACT Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a life‐threatening stroke subtype that lacks effective drug therapy. In the context of ICH, neuroinflammation, and ferroptosis are key contributors to secondary brain injury. In this study, we assessed the neuroprotective effects of matrine (MAT) and its mechanism of action involving the HMGB1/RAGE axis in an ...

ABSTRACT Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is an aggressive malignancy with a high rate of recurrence and metastasis, necessitating the identification of novel therapeutic targets. WD repeat‐containing protein 72 (WDR72) has been linked to various cancers, but its specific biological function and underlying mechanism in ESCC remain largely ...
