A workflow for 3D printing highly accurate, customized human skull models for anatomical education and clinical practice

open access: yesAnatomical Sciences Education, EarlyView.
Our custom workflow creates anatomically accurate and diverse 3D skull models. Precise sex‐specific anatomical detail is ensured by CT‐based segmentation. Our models capture anatomical variations and pathologies. Our cost‐effective 3D printing workflow enhances model durability and fidelity.

Data, not documents: Moving beyond theories of information‐seeking behavior to advance data discovery

open access: yesJournal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, Volume 76, Issue 4, Page 649-664, April 2025.
Abstract Many theories of human information behavior (HIB) assume that information objects are in text document format. This paper argues four important HIB theories are insufficient for describing users' search strategies for data because of assumptions about the attributes of objects that users seek.

Critical questions for documenting collections as data: Provocations from developing datasheets for web archives datasets

open access: yesJournal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, EarlyView.
Abstract Scholarship on documentation of datasets is increasingly concerned with capturing the context, socio‐technical processes, and decisions shaping data. “Datasheets for datasets” is a recent approach developed by researchers in machine learning that foregrounds transparency and uncovering bias through data documentation.

Synchronization‐Performance‐Oriented Frequency‐Domain Iterative Learning Control for Wafer and Reticle Stages

open access: yesAsian Journal of Control, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The synchronization accuracy between the wafer stage and reticle stage in lithography is critical to overlay and critical dimension uniformity. Existing iterative learning control (ILC) methods indirectly optimize synchronization via time‐domain errors, failing to balance low‐frequency tracking accuracy and high‐frequency noise suppression ...
