Angewandte Chemie, Volume 137, Issue 2, January 10, 2025.X‐ray Diffraction Computed Tomography (XRD‐CT) has been used to reveal pressure‐induced phase transformations in pharmaceutical tablets of glycolide as a function of compaction pressure. Temporal analysis of the tablets, and subsequent identification using electron diffraction, revealed a hydrolysis reaction occurred on storage of the tablets.
