Stress Modified Critical Strain criterion for S235JR steel at low initial stress triaxiality
Journal of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, 2014 Ductile fracture of low carbon structural steel (S235JR) at low initial stress triaxiality has been predicted using a method based on the Stress Modified Critical Strain (SMCS) criterion and the Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman (GTN) material model. The influence of micro-defects on the material strength has been taken into account.
