Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je istražiti utjecaj dodataka sorti hmelja Sladek i Saaz na kvalitetu svijetlog piva proizvedenog u Hercegovačkoj pivovari infuzijskim postupkom ukomljavanja. Analizirano je 10 šarži svijetlog piva proizvedenog u razdoblju od 3. 12. 2014. do 8. 6. 2015. Sva proizvedena piva bila su ujednačene kvalitete.
