U ovom su radu ciljevi bili usporediti učinkovitost odgorčavanja biomase pivskog kvasca Saccharomyces uvarum s Tweenom 80 ovisno o pH vrijednosti suspenzije, te tako odgorčenu biomasu tretirati ultrazvučno, kako bi se proučio utjecaj pulsnog ultrazvuka na agregaciju stanica pivskog kvasca.
