[Physicochemical evaluation of dried salted fish in Venezuela].
Several physical and chemical characteristics of dried salted fish obtained from Venezuelan's market were evaluated. Determinations of moisture, ash, fat, protein, pH, sodium chloride. Total Volatile Nitrogen and water activity, were performed on such products.

The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.
