Cancer heterogeneity explored through immune cell deconvolution of the tumor microenvironment
Abstract Cancer is a highly heterogeneous disease, characterized by significant variability across multiple dimensions. This diversity has been extensively studied from various perspectives. In this study, we aim to examine cancer heterogeneity through the lens of immune cell composition within the tumor microenvironment.

TCF/LEF family transcription factors: Molecular landscape and prognostic scoring in pan‐cancer
This study provides a comprehensive molecular landscape of TCF/LEF family transcription factors across 33 cancer types. We developed a TCF/LEF‐based prognostic score that correlates with immune infiltration, metabolic reprogramming and drug sensitivity, offering a robust transcriptomic signature for predicting patient survival and therapeutic response.

Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma With Hyalinizing Giant Rosettes, Mimicking Low-Grade Fibromyxoid Sarcoma
We highlight a rare variant pattern of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma showing extensive collagenous rosette formation, closely mimicking low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma.

A key component of the collagen internalization and lysosomal degradation cellular machinery, uPARAP may contribute to cancer progression. Here, the authors explored the expression of uPARAP in gastrointestinal stromal tumors using well‐annotated clinical patient samples and specimens from cell line‐ and patient‐derived xenografts.

A case of Low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma with multiple metastasis [PDF]
Uterine sarcomas are rare tumors of mesodermal origin and constitute 2-6% of uterine malignancies. They are classified into leiomyosarcoma (LMS), malignant mixed mullerian tumors (MMMTs), and endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) by histologic types ...

ABSTRACT Uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), also known as malignant mixed Müllerian tumor (MMMT), is a biphasic neoplasm characterized by the presence of carcinomatous (epithelial) and sarcomatous (stromal tissue) elements. It frequently presents at an advanced stage and can mimic primary ovarian carcinoma on clinical and radiological evaluation ...

Uterine low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma: a case report with review of literature
Endometrial stromal sarcomas are rare uterine tumours usually seen in perimenopausal females. We report here a case of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma in a 45 year female with a clinical diagnosis of fibroid uterus and final histological diagnosis ...
