ABSTRACT Introduction Tumefactive demyelinating lesions (TDLs) are large lesions (> 2 cm) seen in demyelinating syndromes such as multiple sclerosis, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody‐associated disorder, and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder. They rarely occur in children and most often have a monophasic course.

DECEPTICONx builds the most comprehensive pan‐cancer TME atlas to date from > 11,000 TCGA samples using 535,665 single cells, revealing 102 immune/stromal subtypes with robust novel associations to patient outcomes, immunotherapy response, and intercellular coordination in the TME.

The evolutionary landscape and serotypic dynamics of avian infectious bronchitis virus from spike protein

This study integrates two decades of surveillance with genomic and structural analyses to decipher how spike protein glycosylation haplotypes drive avian coronavirus evolution. We uncover how specific glycosylation patterns associate with receptor‐binding affinity, shape global transmission dynamics, and correlate with clinical outcomes.

Diagnostic Concordance of Two‐ and Three‐Gene SARS‐CoV‐2 Molecular Assays in Cameroon: Implications for Efficient Pandemic Response in Low‐ and Middle‐Income Countries

This study assessed the interoperability of DaAn Gene, ThermoFisher, and GeneXpert assays used for COVID‐19 testing in Cameroon. GeneXpert showed higher diagnostic performance over ThermoFisher, with all assays having excellent agreement at high viral loads (CT < 20).

A Non‐Antigenic Randomized Polyethylene Glycol/Poly(2‐Phenyl‐2‐Oxazine)‐Based Drug Delivery Platform

Randomized PEG (rPEG), a conceptually new PEG alternative, is combined with poly(2‐phenyl‐2‐oxazine) (PPheOzi) to establish an rPEG‐b‐PPheOzi‐b‐rPEG micellar drug delivery platform. The PPheOzi block enables high drug loadings, while competitive ELISA reveals a drastic reduction in anti‐PEG antibody affinity of rPEG in comparison to PEG.
