We herein report a case of Guillain‐Barré syndrome (GBS) after SARS‐CoV‐2 infection. The patient was a close contact with a SARS‐CoV‐2 patient. Initially, she did not have any symptoms and quarantined at a hotel.

PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.

SARS‐CoV‐2 infection with bilateral intralabyrinthine hemorrhage
A 47‐year‐old woman presented with the complaint of sudden hearing loss associated with vertigo. Serological testing was positive for IgM and negative for IgG COVID‐19 antibodies, with no other associated factors.
