Abstract Uterine rupture is an infrequent yet sometimes fatal complication of a subsequent vaginal birth attempt following a previous uterine surgery. We have chosen to write about spontaneous uterine ruptures following myomectomy due to the scarcity of data on this subject, stemming from the limited number of reported cases.

A Pan‐Cancer Microenvironment Atlas Constructed by DECEPTICONx

DECEPTICONx builds the most comprehensive pan‐cancer TME atlas to date from > 11,000 TCGA samples using 535,665 single cells, revealing 102 immune/stromal subtypes with robust novel associations to patient outcomes, immunotherapy response, and intercellular coordination in the TME.

The evolutionary landscape and serotypic dynamics of avian infectious bronchitis virus from spike protein

This study integrates two decades of surveillance with genomic and structural analyses to decipher how spike protein glycosylation haplotypes drive avian coronavirus evolution. We uncover how specific glycosylation patterns associate with receptor‐binding affinity, shape global transmission dynamics, and correlate with clinical outcomes.
