Solubility of sodium and potassium iodates in saturated salt solutions

Abstract The determination of the solubilities of KIO 3 and NaIO 3 in saturated NaCl solution at 0, 10, 20 °C were carried out in two ternary systems KIO 3 –NaCl–H 2 O and NaIO 3 –NaCl–H 2 O. Saturated KIO 3 and NaIO 3 solutions were prepared and NaCl was added to saturation.

On the Creeping of Saturated Salt Solutions
