Influence of pH, Temperature and Impurities on the Solubility of an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) [PDF]
Solubility, which defines the liquid /solid equilibrium, is a key parameter to control a crystallization process. This work is focused on the effects of pH, temperature and impurities on the aqueous solubility of an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API).

How Well Can You Tailor the Charge of Lipid Vesicles? [PDF]
Knowledge and control of surface charge or potential is important for tailoring colloidal interactions. In this work, we compare widely used zeta potential (ζ) measurements of charged lipid vesicle surface potential to direct measurements using the ...

Fabrication of a state of the art mesh lock polymer for water based solid free drilling fluid
Polymers are used widely in various kinds of drilling fluid to maintain the proper rheological properties. However, most of them are not available for high-temperature or salt solutions due to poor temperature and salt resistance.

In this work, a magnetic core‐shell catalyst (HOF‐on‐Fe3O4/ZIF‐67) is successfully synthesized, consisting of a metal–organic framework (ZIF‐67) with magnetic Fe3O4 as the core and a porous hydrogen‐bonded organic framework (HOF) as the shell. The catalyst efficiently activated peroxymonosulfate, resulting in rapid and effective removal of water ...

Convective dissolution of capillary-trapped carbon dioxide
Understanding the processes controlling the fate of carbon dioxide in deep saline aquifers is critical for safe large-scale carbon storage. We describe an experimental model for the dissolution of capillary-trapped carbon dioxide. Our experiment involves

Proses Pembuatan Serta Analisa Benton-38 Dari Bentonit Sebagai Bahan Aditif Pada Cat [PDF]
The production of bentone for paint additive from Cabentonite was carried out by ion exchange process. The process has two steps, i.e. Ca++ ion in Ca-bentonite is exchanged by Na+ ion in saturated solution of NaCl to produce Na-bentonite.
