Clinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.ABSTRACT We present the case of a 43‐year‐old postpartum woman who developed primary streptococcal peritonitis with a fulminant septic course requiring intensive care. Initial symptoms were nonspecific and improved temporarily, but the patient returned the next day with recurrent pain and markedly elevated inflammatory markers.
