Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Optical trapping controls nano‐ and microparticle assembly using various forces, including absorption for photoexcitable resonant molecules. This study demonstrates photoexcitation‐mediated assembly, forming hexagonal‐close‐packed structures at the air/solution interface.
