This study aimed at determining whether there is an influence of the school literacy movement and reading habit on the student’s learning achievement of SD Negeri 31 Pulau Rimau. The sample of this research is fifth grade of 50 students. The data were collected using questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program.
