Crystal Structure and Conformational Dynamics of N─N Bond‐Forming Piperazate Synthase
Piperazate synthases (PZSs) catalyze the key N─N bond formation in the biosynthesis of the rare amino acid piperazic acid. X‐ray crystal structures of apo‐ and holo‐SbPZS show a dimeric enzyme with two heme‐containing active sites, where histidine residues coordinate the iron centers.

This article describes efforts to increase the antibacterial activity of a recently reported class of novel DNA gyrase inhibitors known as the isoquinoline sulphonamides by improving their uptake in bacterial cells. High‐Energy Topological Edge States and Strain‐Induced Multiple Flat Bands in a Honeycomb Lattice
This work proposes a novel anti‐twig edge in the honeycomb lattice that supports two symmetric high‐energy edge states. Moreover, the suppression or enhancement of the high‐energy edge state is observed, and strain‐induced multiple flat bands are produced.
