Remote4All: Voicing the Lived Experiences of Disabled and/or Neurodivergent Remote Workers
ABSTRACT Disabled and/or neurodivergent people form 20% of the UK working population but their experience of remote working has been overlooked in research and practice. This research gave a voice to this community of workers to express their lived experience about how remote working can help to support their specific needs.

Notes on the Schur-convexity of the Extended Mean Values
In this article, the Schur-convexities of the weighted arithmetic mean of function and the extended mean values are proved. Moreover, some inequalities involving the arithmetic mean, the harmonic mean, the logarithmic mean, and comparison between the ...

Schur function analogs for a filtration of the symmetric function space [PDF]
Retrieved November 2, 2007 from http://xxx.lanl.gov/find/grp_math/1/au:+Morse_J/0/1/0/all/0/1.We consider a filtration of the symmetric function space given by At(k) , the linear span of Hall-Littlewood polynomials indexed by partitions whose first part ...

On Generalized Strongly p-Convex Functions of Higher Order
The aim of this paper is to introduce the definition of a generalized strongly p-convex function for higher order. We will develop some basic results related to generalized strongly p-convex function of higher order.

Trade and Selection With Heterogeneous Firms and Perfect Competition
ABSTRACT This paper extends the Heckscher–Ohlin–Samuelson framework to allow for heterogeneous firms with capacity constraints. We show that the central theorems of the HOS model (as well as their standard generalizations via duality) carry over to our setting.

The local geometry of idempotent Schur multipliers
A Schur multiplier is a linear map on matrices which acts on its entries by multiplication with some function, called the symbol. We consider idempotent Schur multipliers, whose symbols are indicator functions of smooth Euclidean domains.

Measured‐State Conditioned Recursive Feasibility for Stochastic Model Predictive Control
ABSTRACT In this paper, we address the problem of designing stochastic model predictive control (SMPC) schemes for linear systems affected by unbounded disturbances. The contribution of the paper is rooted in a measured‐state initialization strategy. First, due to the nonzero probability of violating chance‐constraints in the case of unbounded noise ...

Schur-convexity of the Extended Mean Values
In this article, the Schur-convexity of the extended mean values are proved. Consequently, an inequality between the logarithmic mean values and the identity (exponential) mean values is ...
