A Wirelessly Controlled Shape‐Memory Alloy‐Based Bistable Metal Swimming Device
A wirelessly controlled swimming device inspired by an octopus is fabricated. The actuator utilizes the shape memory alloy Nitinol and a bistable metal strip to realize repetitive actuation for both slow and fast swimming, mimicking how an octopus swims slowly, or quickly flees to escape predators.

Abstract Hydrologic functions of catchments are intrinsically diverse and defined as the ways catchments partition, store, and drain rainfall and snowmelt. Large‐sample hydrology (LSH) uses existing datasets of catchments to derive generalizable conclusions on hydrologic behaviors.
