Sustained Ventricular Tachycardia and Cardiogenic Shock due to Scorpion Envenomation

We describe a case of severe scorpion envenomation in an adult patient, with the presence of very rapid sustained ventricular tachycardia followed by cardiogenic shock, which was reversed by scorpion antivenom administration.
